What kind of family businesses do you work with?
Family-owned businesses and family groups, typically first and second generation, that want to align the family, strengthen governance, fix their structure or prepare to grow. Some are a single company; others are groups with businesses in several countries.
Do you only work with families in the UAE?
No. We are based in Dubai and work with families wherever they live and operate, across the Gulf, Europe, Türkiye, Africa and beyond. Many come to us because they are considering the UAE as the home for their family holding company.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
We lead the work and coordinate the specialists. Formal legal opinions and tax advice are provided by qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction, whom we help you select and manage.
Can you help with family disagreements?
Yes. We help family members set out their views, improve communication and work towards agreement on the business. Every family is different and not every disagreement resolves fully; where specialist support such as formal mediation is needed, we will say so.
How does the Family Business Diagnostic work, and what does it cost?
It is a fixed-scope first engagement of about four weeks, for a fixed fee agreed in writing before we start. The fee depends on the size of the family and business. If you continue with us, it is credited against the next engagement.
What is your relationship with Future Native Holding?
Originate Advisory is founded and owned by Omar Abdelrazak, a member of the family behind Future Native Holding. They are separate businesses. We disclose any relevant interest of the family group at the start of an engagement, make introductions only with your agreement, and never share your information with the group.
How do you support expansion into Africa?
We help you assess markets, choose an entry route, evaluate and meet potential partners, manage risk and plan execution. The support available differs by market; we will tell you plainly where we can help most and where we will bring in others. Outcomes and introductions are not guaranteed.
How do you keep our information confidential?
Every engagement is confidential. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions.

What is Performance Acceleration, and who is it for?
Coaching and leadership-team work for the people who lead family businesses: founders, successors, family executives and their teams. It focuses on leadership, decisions and execution. It is confidential, and it is not therapy or counselling; where other support would serve you better, we will say so.
